EO Assistant Training Seminar

I recently attended the first ever EO assistant training seminar. We had a lot of fun and met some lovely people, but the main purpose was to help Personal Assistants attain a better understanding of what we can do to help our EO member. I knew Aaron was very involved in EO, but was surprised and proud of the amount of work he and other EO members put in.
EO members constantly support, encourage and mentor other EO members through regular meetings, phone calls and getting together, yet no one is paid to do this. They don’t give advice or tell each other what they should be doing; they simply share and listen to each other’s real life experiences. Each member has their own successful business, yet they make time to help and support one other achieve the best result they possibly can.
After attending the training session I understand more the importance of helping and supporting our EO member, the same care and consideration that they give to other EO members is also given to us as employees. Every assistant at the training seminar spoke extremely highly of their boss; they all said that their boss was the best boss to work for, but I know that mine is. The most important thing that we had in common was that we all felt we were listened to and appreciated for the work that we did. I honestly believe that the fact we all work for an EO member has a lot to do with this.
Staff and clients of Ellerfield benefit greatly from this. The sharing of EO members real life experiences in their businesses provides valuable information and cutting edge ideas to other EO members. Aaron learns and implements innovated management techniques that promote synergy and encourages creativity ensuring Ellerfield produce a positive experience for our clients.Cindy Jeeves view Cindy's profile
