Reward, Retention and Recognition Program.


Background/Overview:

Ellerfield has been servicing the mining industry for over 20 years and has identified key issues that employees continue to experience. 
The growth within the mining industry has lead to an increase in employees salaries however a large percentage of this income is not utilised effectively.

Experience shows us that mining employees are looking for strategies to reduce tax, reduce debt, achieve goals, create wealth and manage day-to-day living expenses.  Ellerfield knows that employees require advice in a simple, clear, concise and realistic perspective.


Program Objective:

The objective is to provide an initial face-to-face consultation, a financial plan document, presentation of the plan and a follow-up phone call to each employee.  Once the plan is accepted then the employee will start the review process. A qualified and experienced financial adviser will visit onsite or appointments can be conducted at one of Ellerfield’s four office locations.

Ellerfield has designed a day-to-day solution called ellerCentral, that the employee can log into to manage their goals, cash-flow, asset and debts in between face-to-face reviews.
