Alaskan Mudslide (Frozen)

Jennie Barnes, our Senior Paraplanner, discovered this version of a Mudslide in Ketchikan many years ago...and has loved it ever since!

½· nip of Bailey’s Irish Cream·
½· nip of Kahlua Coffee liquer
½· nip of· Grand Marnier
1 nip of cream ( can use milk or ice-cream)
2 cups of ice
Chocolate Sauce



Method:

Pour the chocolate syrup around the sides of a tall Hurrican Glass, or similar, and turn the glass to create a decorative pattern of chocolate.
Add the ice cubes to a blender, along with the Baileys, Kahlua, Grand Marnier and Cream...blend until all the ice is crushed.
Pour into glass. Decorate the side of the glass with fresh strawberries or a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.
