The MLC/Garvan Financial Planning network was recently awarded Major Financial Advice Group of the year, for the second consecutive year.
The award is the result of mystery shopper research conducted throughout Australia, and recognises the quality of clients' experiences when seeking financial advice. The organisation responsible for the research is CoreData[1].
The clients, who were genuinely looking for financial advice, visited advice practices as part of the research. They ranked the practices they visited against a number of criteria to give their overall experience a rating.
