Operations Manager
Carmen has been working in the financial planning industry since 1995. Prior to this time she had been working in legal firms, however Carmen prefers and enjoys working in the financial planning industry more and finds it very interesting.
Responsible for managing and completing projects for Ellerfield, Carmen addresses several key area's of Ellerfield's current and future focus. "I enjoy the job satisfaction when a project assigned to myself is completed" Carmen says. "Dealing with constant change, meeting deadlines and completion of projects are all challenges of my position".
Originally from Dunedin, New Zealand, Carmen moved to the beautiful Sunshine Coast (Coolum Beach) in January 2001. But having said that, you can never take the Kiwi out of the girl completely, Carmen still supports the All Blacks!
"The coast offers a wonderful lifestyle which I take full advantage of! I enjoy spending the weekends catching up with friends, watching sport (mainly Rugby Union and Rugby League) and relaxing with my beautiful cat, George. I love going to the gym early in the mornings as this gets me alert and motivated for the day ahead. I like to play a bit of tennis socially, ten-pin bowling, bike-riding and love to cook so experimenting with food is another thing I enjoy very much!" says Carmen.
